Who knew Interpol's frontman Paul Banks was releasing a solo album on Tuesday, Aug. 4? Gosh, I can't seem to keep up anymore!Don't look for it under his own name, though. He's using a pseudonym -- Julian Plenti. The title of the disc: Julian Plenti Is ... Skyscraper.
